The last few weeks had been truly fantastic times for our implementation team. Many of our new clients had been going live and as a result, we had been sharing a number of new case studies with all of you. This week, we take pride in publishing our 8th Case Study for this year which is on Venuescape.

As a company, Venuescape started in the year 2015 and is in the event management business. They also provide a platform for their customers to discover and book the venue of their choice based on location, seating capacity and budgets for their next event. This could be both corporate as well as family events. Besides this, Venuescape also offers a full range of event management services which would be tailored to meet the specific needs of their clients.

As you could see, they had to manage two sets of databases; one being their end customers and the other being their event partners. The second set of customers could be restaurants, halls and even convention centers and this list is rapidly expanding on a day to day basis.

The first few years, they could manage all of this using conventional methods but as they started growing rapidly after the second year, they needed a system in place to manage their databases as well as the myriad of activity that surrounds this.

That was when we got connected to their Operations Director and subsequently the rest of the management team. By then, they had already seen a number of technology companies but still hadn’t decided on the right company to partner with.

There were a number of reasons for this and one of the many reasons was solely because they had not been able to get into the comfort zone with any one of those technology companies. When the team from Second CRM showcased the proposed solution, they were unanimously confident that they had found the ideal technology company that they could envision to be a long-term technology partner that would take them on the digital transformation journey.

Having done hundreds of implementations, we at Second CRM could very quickly grasp their pain points and hindrances that were holding them back from their explosive growth that was awaiting them. The team from Second CRM quickly ironed out all the issues and came up with a solid implementation plan in line with their anticipated growth. And most importantly, this plan wasn’t rigid and could be scaled up anytime in the future to quickly incorporate their future growth.

The management team at Venuescape were very happy with what they had seen and very swiftly, we moved on to the implementation phase. Since they wanted to go live in a rather short period of time, we had added more resources and got this project up and running in just six weeks. That includes the time from the drawing board to going live with all user training done. The entire team at Venuescape were very impressed with what the Second CRM team had done for them.
