In our blog last week, we had shared some key reasons why organizations need to embrace digital transformation. This week, let’s take a look at one of our clients, Salespeer, who had worked with us to resolve many of their pain points that had been bugging them for some time now. Before we move on to the details, let us give you a brief as to what Salespeer does.
Salespeer is a Sales Management tool built specifically for small businesses looking at automating their processes. Right from lead management, this solution is built with a myriad of workflows, approvals and escalation processes that manages the sales pipeline in a healthy, clean and uncluttered fashion. All customer touch points which includes calls, emails, meetings, appointments and even tasks are handled with ease. Salespeer also provides a complex calendaring function that handles scheduling of tasks and appointments. Not only does Salespeer automate the presales function, it even has the extended capability of handling post sales activities right up to invoicing, all in one central application.
Being a company that is in the SaaS business, they had a few critical issues that needed to be addressed right away as these were some pressing issues that were not only a hindrance to their growth, but it was also making their day to day operations painstakingly difficult to manage. There were three major issues that Salespeer faced. Of course, these three major issues could be subdivided further and elaborated on but for this blog purposes, I shall keep it brief and simple. The three main issues were as follows:
- Subscription Management
- User Management (Contract On / Off Dates)
- Billing Management (specifically online payments & reconciliations)
Second CRM had joined hands with Salespeer to address each and every one of those issues. Not only did we address these pressing issues, we had helped them digitally transform their entire organization and improve efficiency. With improved efficiency, comes increased productivity as well as higher customer retention.
