Leave Management

The Leave management module helps to smoothen the flow of communication between employees and the human resources department when requesting and approving leave.

How to use

Human Resources can define leave types or create new leave types based on the company's time-off policy. HR can color code each leave type for extra clarity to avoid confusion.

To add Leave Type:

  1. Go to All > Human Resources > Leave Type at the navigation area.
  2. Click on the + Add Record button as shown below:

    Once you have clicked the button, your screen should appear just like the figure below:

  3. Enter Leave Type information. Fields marked with an asterisk [ * ] are mandatory.
  4. Once done, click the Save button to transfer your data to your Second CRM database.

HR can allocate leave to employees based on Roles, Leave Type and Quantity.

To add Leave Allocation:

  1. Go to All > Human Resources > Leave Allocation at the navigation area.
  2. Click on the + Add Record button as shown below:

    Once you have clicked the button, your screen should appear just like the figure below:

  3. Enter Leave Allocation information. Fields marked with an asterisk [ * ] are mandatory.
  4. Once done, click the Save button to transfer your data to your Second CRM database.

HR can configure the list of holidays based on location and other influencing factors. This eliminates confusion and potential conflicts.

To add Holiday:

  1. Go to All > Human Resources > Holiday at the navigation area.
  2. Click on the + Add Record button as shown below:

  3. Enter Holiday information. Fields marked with an asterisk [ * ] are mandatory.
  4. Once done, click the Save button to transfer your data to your Second CRM database.

Employees can apply for leave directly, view their leave balances and leave requests online. They can also view the corresponding status like pending, approved, declined or cancelled as shown below.

All employee leave requests are automatically routed to their manager for approval.

To Apply for Leave:

  1. Go to My Account at top of the page as shown below:

  2. Click on the Leave tab, followed by + Apply Leave as shown below:
