Scheduler

Scheduler allows users to configure the cron tasks in Second CRM. To configure the scheduler, click on the Settings    icon on the top right of the page to open the Admin Dashboard. Click on User Automation > Scheduler on the left sidebar, and your screen should appear as below:

Table: Scheduler Action

Action Description
Cron job Displays the activity on which cron has been scheduled.
Frequency The number of times a cron phenomenon occurs within a specified interval.Default are recommended values.
Status Displays the status of the scheduled task. We recommend you to make the status of tasks that are not in use, as Inactive.
Last Scan Started Displays commencement time of the scan that was performed lately.
Last Scan Ended Displays the time when the last scan was ended.
Status Drag and drop the scheduler to change the order of commencement of activities.
