Restrict Action

Second CRM allow you to apply some restriction for certain action in certain module. For example, you only can convert the leads if the leads status is ‘Hot’ and ‘Qualified’.

To setup the restriction:
  1. Click on the    icon on the top right of the page.
  2. Click Other Settings > Restrict Action on the left sidebar and you screen will appear as below figure. Here you can see the list of action where you can set the restriction.

  3. You can check the restrict check box and select the condition to allow the action from the dropdown as shown below.

  4. Once done, click [Save] button.

Action Description
Convert Lead This option will only available once it meet certain status.
ex: User can convert the leads if the leads status ‘Hot’ or ‘Qualified’
Generate Invoices from Quote This option will only available once it meet certain status.
ex: User can generate invoice from quote if the quote status 'Approved' or 'Delivered'.
Generate Sales Order from Quote
Create Invoice from Sales Order This option will only available once it meet certain status.
ex: User can create invoice from sales order if the status is 'Approved'.
Create Invoice from Service Request
Create Delivery Order from Sales Order This option will only available once it meet certain status.
ex: User can create delivery order from sales order if the status is 'Approved'.
Create Delivery Order from Invoice
Send Quote/Invoice/Sales Order/Delivery Order as Email This option will only available once it meet certain status.
ex: User can send invoice as email if the status is 'Created'.
Make read only to Inventory Module If check the restrict check box, user can only view the record and cannot edit once it meet the status setup under action. ex: User can only view purchase order record once the status change to approve.
